Returns & Refunds Policy
At Truth Gexa Designs, we want you to love what you wear.
If your order isn’t quite right — whether it’s the size, fit, or you’ve just changed your mind — we’ve got your back.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@truthgexadesigns.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will confirm your eligibility and send you the return instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are not covered unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No problem!
Once we receive your return, we’ll send out your replacement item (subject to stock availability).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email info@truthgexadesigns.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll fix it — fast — with either a replacement or full refund.
